Our Empower Leadership Programme is designed to equip managers with the knowledge and skills required to be high-performing and confident leaders. Change and Conflict Management

Change and conflict are unavoidable complications within an organisation. Change, whether it’s related to project management, personnel roles or business strategies, need to be managed effectively. Conflict and conflict resolution is also a necessary but complicated aspect of a managerial role—there can be both professional and personal issues that need to be resolved within a workplace, and managers are usually the first port of call for a solution.

This course takes you through the essential components of managing change and conflict, and will familiarise you with various approaches and techniques that can be used to deal with both effectively.
